LRDI International combines three basic elements:

Understanding competitiveness:
The first component is to understand the attributes of human capital that have the strongest effect on sustainable economic growth and competitiveness.

Foreseeing future skills needs:
The second component will see the development and testing of a model for identifying the future skills that are critical to sustainable growth and competitiveness. This model will use statistical indicators and expert analysis of trends.

Creating opportunities to learn about creativity and innovation:
The third component will concentrate on designing opportunities for Training & learning about creativity, innovation, and competitiveness and how they relate to education and training.
In Lebanon and/or abroad, the activities of LRDI International are focused on training in the following fields:

A Brief Overview
The Lebanese Rehabilitation and Development Institution (LRDI) was established, in 2006, as a civil society institution in Lebanon. Early 2011, the institution was turned into a company under the name of "Lebanese International Rehabilitation and Development Institution". Later on, the company established "LRDI International Institute for Training and Education" as an affiliate to the company. "LRDI International" main goal is to prepare and implement training programs as well as provide technical expertise. By the end of 2023, "LRDI International for training & education" would have implemented more than 955 training programs, in both Arabic and English, with a total number of trainees reaching 7500.
In the project and program management, we focused on nine distinct areas which require expertise and know-how essential for a project manager. These areas, listed below, form the basis of a successful and strong project management:
- Integrated project management to ensure that the various elements of the project and ensure an effective program coordination;
- Effective timeline management;
- Effective project budget management;
- Quality management to ensure the required specifications;
- Effective management of the project human resources;
- Effective communication to ensure proper internal and external communication;
- Effective risk management to mitigate the potential risks;
- Effective procurement management to ensure the highest quality from the contracts and services;
